We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team, if that could be you please see our available positions below.

Operations manager

We are on the hunt for someone that can manage the front of house operations across both locations, this role is a combination of customer facing, team management and admin based tasks and requires someone with good organisational skills, great communication and an overall positive attitude to trouble shoot in an occasionally chaotic environment.

This role is part time and the candidate will be required to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a fourth day in the week will be necessary but can be flexible outside of stated days.

Job responsibilities include;

Health and safety management and implementation
Team training including barista skills
Rota management and overseeing hiring junior team members
Coordinating with the baking team
Stock management and managing orders efficiently
Covering team absences or finding alternative solutions/ troubleshooting
Delegating jobs to junior team to maximise time

Salary will be decided based on experience £14.50-17.00 per hour with a target based bonus system to be discussed in quarterly reviews.

We are on the hunt for someone that has a passion for making coffee to a high standard and creating a positive environment for both our customers and our team. You will need to be good at working under pressure during busy periods, have good organisational skills, great communication and an overall positive attitude to trouble shoot in an occasionally chaotic environment.

This role is part time and the candidate will be required to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, weekends are non negotiable.
