A beginners masterclass on Sourdough bread with Hannah Catley, from maintaining your starter, mixing dough, fermentation and baking, this class will cover it all!

These classes are super intimate with only 8 places available so we can put extra time and care into making sure you leave with a sense of achievement, they will include complimentary beverages and nibbles.

You will takeaway your very own sourdough loaf, a cane banneton and sourdough starter so you can continue practicing at home.

This class will take place between 3pm and 6pm and will be held at our Headquarters site in St Annes so you will have a real insight to how we do production for all our locations. 4 Wootton Road, BS44AL.
