A masterclass in how to beautifully frost a celebration cake with Hannah Catley. Learn how to sandwich, crumb coat, frost as well as some top tips for the perfect piping to finish so your cake stands out from the crowd, the design is completely up to you and we can guide you on the best techniques to execute your vision.
Classes include nibbles and refreshments.
These classes are super intimate with only 8 places available so we can put extra time and care into ensuring you leave feeling a sense of achievement.
You will have the choice of chocolate or vanilla cake please make sure to specify your preference in the comments of your booking.
All skill levels are welcome and classes will run from 5pm-8pm, please aim to arrive 15 mins prior for introductions and refreshments so we can begin the class promptly at 6pm.
All classes will take place at our Headquarters in St Annes so you all get to see behind the scenes of our production space. 4 Wootton Road, Bs44AL.
